Every Manihar Gems piece is handmade to order in Jaipur, India, and sent to you with complimentary tracked worldwide shipping. Here's exactly what to expect.
Made to order
Each piece is handcrafted in our Jaipur atelier after you order. Please allow 5–8 business days for us to create and quality-check your jewellery before it ships.
Free worldwide shipping
We ship complimentary to every country via reliable tracked services. Prefer it faster? Express delivery with FedEx or DHL is also available. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order is dispatched.
Delivery times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 4–10 business days depending on destination. Remote regions may take a little longer.
Tracking & insurance
Every parcel is fully tracked and insured until it reaches you, and packaged discreetly in our signature Manihar pouch and box.
Customs & duties
For orders to the US, UK and India, prices are shown in your local currency and any applicable import duties are typically included. For other destinations, import taxes or customs fees (if charged by your country) are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare parcels accurately and are always happy to help with paperwork.
Order accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and ring/bracelet size at checkout. If anything needs changing, message us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll gladly update it before your piece goes into production.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your jewellery. Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Complimentary resizing is available within 14 days — simply reach out and we'll guide you through the process. Personalised or engraved items are made especially for you and are non-returnable.
Certification & care
Every centre stone above 5mm (1 carat and up) is GRA certified and arrives with a certificate of authenticity, along with a polishing cloth and care guide to keep your moissanite brilliant for years.
