Use a ring you already own

Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter, edge to edge, in millimetres. Match it to the Diameter column.

Use a strip of paper or string

Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres. Match it to the Circumference column.
